会 expresses learned ability ('can') or future probability ('will').

Explanation

会 (huì) indicates a learned skill or ability — something acquired through study or practice.

会 can also express future probability: '明天会下雨' (It will rain tomorrow). Don't confuse with 能 (physical ability/permission).
