从 + Start Point + 到 + End Point / 从 + Time + 以来
Explanation
从...到 marks a range from one point to another, for both time and place. For example, 从早到晚 (from morning to night) or 从北京到上海 (from Beijing to Shanghai).
从...以来 means 'since a certain time until now' and is used for ongoing situations. For example, 从去年以来 means since last year (and continuing).
