Pattern
既然 + Fact/Condition, (Subject) + 就 + Conclusion
Explanation
既然...就 is used when the speaker acknowledges a fact or situation and draws a logical conclusion or suggestion from it. The fact after 既然 is already known or accepted by both parties.
Unlike 如果 (if), which deals with hypothetical situations, 既然 deals with established facts. The conclusion after 就 is presented as the natural or logical next step.
Examples
既然你不舒服,就在家休息吧。
Jìrán nǐ bù shūfu, jiù zài jiā xiūxi ba.
Since you're not feeling well, just rest at home.
既然决定了,就不要后悔。

Common Mistakes
既然明天可能下雨,就带伞吧。
如果明天可能下雨,就带伞吧。
既然 is for established facts, not possibilities. Use 如果 for uncertain conditions.
