Explanation
如果 introduces the condition (if-clause) and 就 introduces the result (then-clause). 如果 can be replaced by 要是 in casual speech.
如果 can be omitted when the conditional meaning is clear from context, but 就 is usually kept. The condition clause always comes before the result clause.
