Suggestions with 吧
吧 at the end of a sentence softens it into a suggestion or mild command.

Explanation
吧 (ba) at the end of a sentence makes it a suggestion ('Let's...') or softens a command.
It's different from 吗 which asks a question. 吧 is for suggestions: '走吧' (Let's go) vs '走吗？' (Are you going?).
Examples
我们走吧。
Wǒmen zǒu ba.
Let's go.
你休息吧。
Nǐ xiūxi ba.
You should rest.
