A + 没有 + B + Adjective
Explanation
没有 is used in comparisons to express that A does not reach the level of B in some quality. It is the negative form of the 比 comparison.
Unlike 比 which states A is more than B, 没有 states A is less than or not equal to B. You cannot add 很 before the adjective in this pattern.
Examples
今天没有昨天冷。
Jīntiān méiyǒu zuótiān lěng.
Today is not as cold as yesterday.
我没有他高。
Wǒ méiyǒu tā gāo.
I'm not as tall as him.
坐公交没有坐地铁快。
